Watashi ni omedetou. Today marks my 1,460th day in a Japanese industry. That’s quite good! I’m still craving for knowledge and continuously striving for my growth. At times, I find it hard to balance all life’s flavors from sweet and sour, salt and vinegar, hot and spicy to peanut butter and chocolate and all. Yet, life’s bittersweet is a great life teaching. Responding to workplace struggles is embracing every bit of life’s flavors and is appreciating diversity as well. Yes, there are lots of differences I have encountered in between, however maturity taught me to understand these things, molded me and prepared myself further to take on another huge milestone as a Human Resource Practitioner.
Arigatou gozaimasu. Kampai!
“Work hard for what you want because it won’t come to you without a fight. You have to be strong and courageous and know that you can do anything you put your mind to. If somebody puts you down or criticize you, just keep on believing in yourself and turn it into something positive.” – Leah LaBelle
