My life on the mat๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

To live in the present moment. Tough! I sometimes overthink things and worry a lot. Iโ€™m supposed to be a warrior not a worrier. And so yoga per se teaches me mindfulness. This is a state of mind to engage ourselves in the present. Now, Iโ€™m starting to believe that it is possible. Iโ€™m getting rid of unwanted emotions that may weaken my soul. Iโ€™m learning to exist without fear nor distractions because I want to feel how wonderful it is to be me. Itโ€™s definitely tough! But learning to live in the present moment gives me the opportunity to appreciate wholeness of life and its essence.

And of course, with the support of my Doterra Essentials Oils (Peppermint and Breathe with eucalyptus and lemon), I savor my day to day experience as I inhale peace exhale hatred. Inhale happiness exhale sadness. Inhale love exhale envy. Inhale calmness and exhale worries.

Life is short might as well spend it more wisely. They say, mindful people are happier and more secure.๐Ÿ˜ Namaste.๐Ÿ™

Invaded Purple Bee Shop & Cafe. Our Morning Yoga. Weโ€™ve realized that we are not meant to be perfect. We create our life based on passion. We live. We love. We learn. We explore. We struggle. So Perfection is not our thing.๐Ÿ˜
Yoga gives me a chance to be friendly on the mat without judgements. Yoga teaches me to admire others and to accept that we are all different. Only here at Purple Bee Shop & Cafe, a great ground to nurture friendships.
Behind every fear is worry of something.๐Ÿ˜Œ But donโ€™t be comfortable with fear for it will find its way to catch you.

  1. Embrace your emotions , accept them , express them in a good way but do not suppress or deny them , let them go and then transmute them to feel better and improve …
Yes , you self-cultivate yourself with good habits and constructive rituals to improve… Confucianism says that your nature can evolve and you can become more malleable and flexible …
